The Tennessee Titans placed starting cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson on injured reserve on Tuesday.
In his place, the Titans signed veteran offensive lineman Jamon Meredith.
Wreh-Wilson suffered a dislocated shoulder in Sunday’s 36-7 loss to the New York Giants. Wreh-Wilson started 11 games this season for the Titans. He racked up 57 tackles with an interception and 10 passes defended on the year.
Meredith has appeared in 51 games,, including 24 starts split between tackle and guard. He played four games for the Indianapolis Colts this season after spending the previous two seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Meredith started 20 games at guard for Tampa Bay. He has played for Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Tampa Bay and Indianapolis.
