Saints coach Sean Payton said this week he wasn’t handling things differently this week, with his team eliminated from the playoffs.
Previously, he said Kenny Vaccaro was not benched.
In perhaps a departure from both statements, Vaccaro is among the Saints inactives today, despite not appearing on the injury report this week and practicing throughout.
Vaccaro has had a rough season, and the 2013 first-rounder was merely one of the reasons the Saints underwhelmed this season.
