The Buccaneers have added a safety with starting experience to their offseason roster.

The club announced the signing of M.D. Jennings to a reserve/future contract on Monday. The 26-year-old Jennings appeared in 47 games for the Packers from 2011 through 2013, making 26 starts, notching 133 tackles and intercepting one pass.

An Arkansas State product, Jennings (6-0, 187) spent the 2014 preseason with the Bears, but he was released with an injury settlement before the start of the campaign. He had a tryout with Seattle in September.
