Doug Marrone, the former Bills coach who opted out of his contract at the end of the season, is now a candidate to become the head coach of the Broncos.

Marrone will interview for the Broncos’ head coaching job tomorrow, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

In two seasons with the Bills, Marrone went 6-10 in 2013 and 9-7 in 2014. He was previously the head coach at Syracuse for four seasons, finishing there with a 25-25 record.

Marrone’s preferred style of offense doesn’t necessarily seem like a great fit with Peyton Manning, but then again we don’t know if Peyton Manning will stay with the Broncos this year. What we do know about Marrone is that he is coming off a good year with the Bills, and now he’ll get a chance to convince John Elway he can have more success with the Broncos.
