We already knew Colts running back Trent Richardson wasn’t going to play in tonight’s AFC Championship Game, after he didn’t travel with the team because of a personal issue.
Now we know the rest of the guys who won’t dress, and there’s at least one surprise.
Outside linebacker Bjoern Werner, last year’s first-round pick, is inactive, which will have Jonathan Newsome in the starting lineup.
The Colts inactives also include wide receiver Griff Whalen, cornerback Sheldon Price, offensive linemen Xavier Nixon and Jonotthan Harrison, and defensive lineman Zach Kerr.
For the Patriots, starting center Bryan Stork is out because of his knee injury. He’s joined on the list by wide receivers Brian Tyms and Josh Boyce, defensive tackle Chris Jones, offensive lineman Jordan Devey, running back James White and defensive end Zach Moore.
