Le’Veon Bell out, C.J. Anderson in for the Pro Bowl

Anderson

As the Pro Bowl approaches, the revolving door of injured players exiting and healthy players entering is spinning fast enough to make Will Ferrell nauseous.

The latest development has Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell out, and Broncos running back C.J. Anderson in.

Bell gained more than 2,200 yards from scrimmage in his second NFL season. A hyperextended knee suffered in Week 17 knocked him out of the playoff loss to Baltimore. After the game, Bell said he plans to play in the Pro Bowl if cleared. Either he wasn’t, or he had a change of heart.

Anderson gained 849 rushing yards and added 324 receiving yards, scoring 10 total touchdowns in 2015 after starting the season as not the starter. He becomes the 11th Bronco named to this year’s roster.
