Andrew Luck selected first in Pro Bowl draft

AP

Quarterbacks went 1-2 in the 2015 Pro Bowl draft on Wednesday night.

Team Carter, led by Hall of Famer Cris Carter, selected the Colts’ Andrew Luck No. 1 overall. Team Irvin, captained by Hall of Famer Michael Irvin, followed that selection by taking Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo.

Team Carter took the first non-QB, selecting Bengals wideout A.J. Green third overall.

Team Irvin then followed with a pass catcher, selecting Giants star rookie receiver Odell Beckham Jr. at No. 4.

To see how the Pro Bowl draft unfolds, check out our Pro Bowl draft tracker, an idea I came up with about eight minutes ago.

Cheers.

However if we are talking ceilings I'll give it to number 12.
Team Irvin is going to dominate lol.

Andrew Luck didn’t do any better than Tebow did in the playoffs vs. NE.

The difference is, Denver was loaded with studs, both rushing and receiving, and Tebow was unable to throw an accurate pass to deliver the ball to said playmakers. Had a helluva defense to boot..

    Luck however….

Tthe pro bowl has become terrible, so much better when it’s after the Super Bowl.

You know there’s a problem when the draft is infinitely better than the game itself.

The last one picked is gonna feel like the little school kid who was always chosen last because he wasn’t any good at sports.

I started watching it and now I am really interested to see how long it takes for Andy Dalton to get drafted.

I like the Probowl set up this year being in Phoenix with the SuperBowl a week later.. Hawaii was too much of a vacation atmosphere but they are back again in the next two years…

Sorry, but having two annoying media tools play gym class team captain is just about the lamest idea I’ve ever heard of.

If the NFL is trying to kill whatever rooting interest in the pro Bowl is leftmost, then they’re doing a fine job it.

Just for the record lucks been in three NFL drafts now and each time he’s been selected #1. Imagine how good he’s gonna be once grigson gets his head out of his arse and puts a team around him. #COLTSTRONG

TY Hilton isn’t some bum WR and he has two really good tight ends, Moncrief isn’t awful and Nicks came on strong as well and i didnt even mention the vet. Wayne……while (at the time) Thomas was really raw and Decker is a good 2nd WR and McGahee was good, but aging……now i’m not saying Tebow’s better than Luck, oh no, i’m just saying the weapons are really similar. the difference with Luck and Tebow in this game is Tebow used his legs more, but never had a chance due to lack of talent, Luck had no chance because 1) he didnt run enough, the patriots did great vs. his WRs, he should’ve ran a bit and helped get that coverage off his WRs and 2) his defense couldn’t stop a thing.
