After taking a flier on defensive end Lawrence Sidbury late in 2014, the Buccaneers are bringing him back for the 2015 offseason.

The club announced it had re-signed Sidbury, a sixth-year pro, on Monday. The Buccaneers also confirmed the signings of defensive end Larry English, tight end Luke Stocker and linebacker Jason Williams, pacts that had previously been reported.

Sidbury (6-3, 269) has recorded 18 tackles and five sacks in a career spanning 49 regular season contests. Sidbury spent his first four seasons with the Falcons, who selected him in Round Four in 2009. He has also had stints with the Colts (2013) and Texans (2014).

Sidbury will compete for a reserve role with Tampa Bay, which employs a 4-3 scheme on defense.
