The Texans have struck a deal with one of their restricted free agents.
The club has agreed with wide receiver Damaris Johnson on a one-year, $1 million contract, Adam Caplan of ESPN reported.
The 25-year-old Johnson hauled in 31 passes for 331 yards and one touchdown last season for Houston. He appeared in 16 games, starting eight.
A fourth-year pro from Tulsa, Johnson (5-8, 175) played his first two NFL seasons with Philadelphia. The Texans added him on waivers after final cuts in 2014.
