The Packers have waived one of their reserve offensive tackles, parting ways with second-year pro Aaron Adams on Thursday.

According to the NFL’s Thursday transactions, Adams was waived with a failed physical designation. He spent the 2014 regular season on injured reserve after suffering an ACL tear in August.

Adams, 25, was on the Packers’ practice squad in 2013. He got his NFL start as an undrafted free agent with Cleveland in May 2013.

Fourth-year pro Don Barclay is the Packers’ top tackle off the bench, with third-year pro J.C. Tretter another option in reserve. The Packers have some positional flexibility at tackle, too. Right guard T.J. Lang was listed as the top backup right tackle at the end of last season, while right tackle Bryan Bulaga has experience at left tackle.
