The Giants made a few pre-draft roster moves on Wednesday, signing linebacker Ryan Jones and waiving cornerback Josh Victorian and outside linebacker Paul Hazel. The club disclosed the transactions on its website.

Jones (6-4, 245) is a first-year pro from Montana Tech. He signed with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent last May but was later waived with a foot injury.

Victorian, 26, had signed a reserve/future contract with the Giants at the end of 2014. He appeared in 12 regular season games from 2012-13 in stints with Houston and Pittsburgh.

Hazel, 24, was active for the Giants’ final four regular season games of 2014. He also played in 13 games with Cleveland in 2013.

Should Victorian and Hazel clear waivers, they will be free to sign with other clubs. Teams can carry as many as 90 players at this stage of the offseason, thus creating a few more job opportunities.

In other Giants news Wednesday, the signing of free agent cornerback Josh Gordy became official, with the team and league disclosing the move.
