The top two guys might not be on hand, but the league is getting closer to having a first round’s worth of players in Chicago for the 2015 NFL Draft.

Via Gil Brandt of the NFL Network, two more players have accepted invitations to the proceedings, pushing the guest list to 28.

The new additions are Penn State tackle Donovan Smith and Texas A&M tackle Cedric Ogbuehi will also be there.

Smith was in our initial mock draft (which drew some tsk-tsking from the cognoscenti), and Ogbuehi would certainly be a safe choice in the first round if not for tearing his ACL in the Dec. 29, 2014 Liberty Bowl.

That injury aside, Ogbuehi was a top tackle prospect, so the likelihood that he’ll hear his name called two weeks from Thursday remains reasonable.
