Former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been convicted of murdering Odin Lloyd, but he’s still facing numerous charges related to the killing of two men in Boston in 2012.

That list got a little longer on Monday. Hernandez has been indicted on a charge of witness intimidation related to the shooting of Alexander Bradley in 2013. Prosecutors say Bradley was in a car with Hernandez when Daniel de Abreu and Safrio Furtado were killed in a drive-by shooting and that the former Patriot shot Bradley in the face when he mentioned the homicides at a later date.

“Hernandez allegedly shot him in the face on the morning of Feb. 13, 2013, and left him to die on the side of the road in Riviera Beach, Florida, after the witness made a remark about the homicides,” Suffolk County District Attorney’s office spokesman Jake Wark said in a statement, via the Hartford Courant.

Bradley survived and filed a civil suit against Hernandez related to the shooting.

Hernandez also faces two counts of first-degree murder and a variety of assault and firearm charges stemming from the killings. He has been sentenced to life in prison for killing Lloyd.
