The Jaguars are inching closer to having their entire 2015 draft class under contract.

The team has signed two more picks this week, moving them up to five signed picks from their group of eight. The most recent players to agree to contracts are sixth-round defensive tackle Michael Bennett and seventh-round tight end Ben Koyack.

Bennett was a very productive interior pass rusher at Ohio State, recording 18 sacks and 31.5 tackles for losses in 47 games for the Buckeyes. That led some to predict he’d come off the board well before the sixth round, but Bennett says that Jacksonville is “the perfect place for me to excel.” With Sen’Derrick Marks still a question mark as he returns from a Week 17 torn ACL, Bennett may get early chances to prove that’s the case.

Koyack had 44 career catches at Notre Dame, but will likely vie for snaps as a blocking complement to Julius Thomas on the Jacksonville offense.

The Jaguars still have to sign second-round running back T.J. Yeldon, third-round guard A.J. Cann and fifth-round wide receiver Rashad Greene.
