Bills to release linebacker/puncher of people IK Enemkpali

Tyrod Taylor doesn’t have to worry about getting punched in the face, or at least as much as he did previously.

According to Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports, the Bills have released linebacker IK Enemkpali, who they had in for a few weeks after he broke former Jets teammate Geno Smith’s jaw.

The Bills had some interest since coach Rex Ryan drafted him during his last year with the Bills, but they apparently decided he wasn’t worth keeping around.

While Enemkpali has some pass-rush potential, he also has problems keeping his hands to himself off the field.

In addition to his former teammate who owed him $600, Enemkpali has also punched an off-duty cop and a man who was posing as a woman named “Missy Lee” whom he met on the internet and arranged to have sex with.

And now, he has punched his ticket out of Buffalo.

This animal should be thrown in jail for what he did to a great Quarterback like Geno Smith. Geno is a Top 10 QB who did not deserve to have his season and money messed with. This clown needs to get a clue!

And people said it wasn’t just Rex trolling the Jets. Uh huh.

    Boxing in his future??

Tbis guy was going to make the Jets roster and would’ve made millions playing on the greatest stage of the world, The NFL. Instead, he threw it all away for 600$ that he still probably hasn’t seen. What a complete dope.

    haha puncher of people

    Whaley went Rogue again!

That is surprising. Besides Tarpley, this guy was always on my radar when the reserves took the field. A poor mans Jerry Hughes, for sure, but if he can clean up his personal life, he can find a niche in the NFL. BTW, why do we care that this guy punched Geno again? All indications are that he deserved it and IK just delivered on the KO.

Rex drafted him during his last year as a Bills’ coach? You might want to rethink that.

Not defending the guy – but I’m not exactly crying for the guy catfishing him

    I’d have punched him too

Still not holding Geno harmless for his part in that either – a true leader doesn’t let a situation even get CLOSE to becoming a situation

  11. scrp2 says: Sep 4, 2015 12:28 PM

Bills are leaking this to the press before hand so the front office doesn’t get accused of “going rogue”.

  12. nyjad says: Sep 4, 2015 12:32 PM

maybe he can pursue an MMA career next??

  13. jetsarestacked says: Sep 4, 2015 12:36 PM

It was looking like Ik was going to beat out Babin and make the Jets roster until he KO’d Geno. He literally threw away half a million dollars over $600.

When keeping it real goes wrong!

  14. karmathaitch says: Sep 4, 2015 12:37 PM

I can see him calling Geno! “Hey man, sorry i punched you, but i can really use that money now!”

  15. tonebones says: Sep 4, 2015 12:43 PM

This guy isn’t a player. I’m surprised he’s lasted this long.

  16. motsuret06 says: Sep 4, 2015 12:43 PM

And into the unemployment line. He punched his own ticket out of the NFL and possible into a jail cell near you soon.

  17. fluiddarkness says: Sep 4, 2015 12:49 PM

Poor IK. The punches keep coming.

In anticipation of another Rex Ryan season, I bought a new popcorn maker and slapped a Bills logo on the side of it.

    It’s already wearing out.

Welp, he looked decent in the preseason, but preseason.

This guy should be in jail. Assault and violence in the workplace is inexcusable. Ridiculous that charges haven’t been pressed.

Geno should get the last laugh by sending Enemkpali a FedEx with the $600 owed and a job application for Taco Bell.

I am going to miss this guy. He looked like he had talent. Except, I get the feeling that he will not even be put on the practice squad even though he’s eligible. The Bills should put him on the practice squad while they trade or cut Matt Cassel.

  33. klecko says: Sep 5, 2015 1:04 AM

Rex picked up ex Jets to learn about the Jets….

  34. cmdrsmooth says: Sep 5, 2015 10:15 AM

Love how Rex drafted all his players, picks up any player he wanted off FA, yet blames the GM’s that he doesn’t have enough talent to win. This Buffalo Rex Train will end sooner than expected.
