Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery made it back from a calf injury to play in the team’s season-opening loss to the Packers, but a new issue cropped late this week.

Jeffery is now dealing with a hamstring injury that has left his presence in the lineup for Sunday’s game against the Cardinals up in the air.

“He’ll be day-to-day, questionable for the game,” Bears coach John Fox said, via the Chicago Sun-Times. “He had some hamstring tightness after yesterday’s practice and we held him out today.”

Jeffery was one of three Bears with five catches in the 31-23 loss to Green Bay and led the team with 78 receiving yards. Eddie Royal and Marquess Wilson would take on more prominent roles if he can’t go against Arizona.

Linebacker Pernell McPhee and defensive end Ego Ferguson are also listed as questionable for Chicago.
