Apart from the fact that the Browns built a 14-0 lead in the first quarter of their home opener against the Titans, rookie quarterback Marcus Mariota is having a rough day.
Already sporting a thick bandage under his chin from taking a shot to the chops earlier in the game, Mariota found himself in the middle of a Malachi Crunch, with Browns linebacker Paul Kruger and defensive lineman John Hughes III knocking off both Mariota’s helmet, and his shoe.
Mariota was face down for a moment before getting up, finding his shoe, and realizing that he’s not in Tampa anymore.
