According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, an MRI on Packers defensive tackle Josh Boyd showed torn ankle ligaments to go with a broken small bone, which could put his season in jeopardy.
Boyd was hauled off on a cart last night, and the immediate reaction of players huddling around him seemed to indicate they thought it was serious.
While the loss would leave them thin up front, they are just a week away from Letroy Guion’s return from suspension.
