The Browns are getting carved up by Derek Carr.
Losing two starting defensive backs, both of whom were named to the Pro Bowl last season, won’t help.
The team announced in the third quarter Sunday that cornerback Joe Haden has a rib injury and safety Tashaun Gipson has a groin injury. Both are considered questionable to return.
Haden’s ability to keep up with Raiders wide receiver Amari Cooper before the injury was also in question. About midway through the third quarter, Carr has thrown for 213 yards and Cooper has 103 of those on five catches.
The Browns also announced that linebacker Craig Robertson is doubtful to return after suffering an ankle injury.
