A.J. Green’s big day in sending the Ravens to 0-3 has brought Green the AFC’s Offensive Player of the Week award.

Green caught 10 passes for 227 yards and two touchdowns, both in the fourth quarter.

Green’s 227 receiving yards are the most by any player in a game this season and the second most in a game in Bengals history by Chad Johnson’s 260 vs. the Chargers in 2006. It marked a personal best for Green, too, who had 224 yards against the Steelers last year.

This is Green’s first player of the week award, though he was named AFC Offensive Player of the Month in Sept. 2012. Green signed a $60 million extension with the Bengals two days before the season began.
