The Saints signed punter Brandon Fields a couple of weeks ago because Thomas Morstead suffered a quad injury, but it looks like Morstead will be back in the lineup against the Colts this week.

According to multiple reports, the Saints have released Fields. Fields punted 10 times in his two appearances with the Saints with a net average of 35.1 yards per kick. Morstead has averaged a net of 39.4 yards on his 13 kicks this season and has been with the Saints since 2009.

The team signed wide receiver T.J. Graham to fill their empty roster spot. Graham was a 2012 third-round pick of the Bills and spent two years in Buffalo before spending last season with the Jets. He has 57 catches for 770 yards and four touchdowns in the NFL.

The Saints were missing Marques Colston when they beat the Falcons last Thursday night. Colston is dealing with a separated shoulder.
