Tony Romo’s first game back resulted in a 24-14 win Sunday at Miami. Romo threw two touchdown passes, Darren McFadden ran for 129 yards and Rolando McClain scored a defensive touchdown.

The Cowboys had 22 first downs to the Dolphins’ 9 and had 386 total yards on 68 plays; the Dolphins had 210 yards on 41 plays. For the last three quarters, the Cowboys dominated.

The Cowboys had the ball for 38:50. Romo finished 18-of-28 for 227 yards with the 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions.

Ryan Tannehill was 13-of-24 for 188 yards and 2 touchdowns. He and the Dolphins never really overcame his 1-of-8 start that included McClain’s pick six.
