The Jets are down two scores in Houston and it doesn’t look like they’ll have cornerback Darrelle Revis helping them in a comeback effort.

Revis left the game after making a tackle on Texans running back Akeem Hunt in the third quarter and the Jets have announced that he is questionable to return with a head injury. The Texans took advantage of his absence a couple of plays later when T.J. Yates hit DeAndre Hopkins for Hopkins’s second touchdown of the game.

The score put the Texans up 24-10 and gave them 14 unanswered points after Brandon Marshall scored to tie the game early in the third quarter. Their other touchdown came with a bit of trickery as Cecil Shorts delivered a 21-yard pass to Alfred Blue on a double pass that appeared to completely befuddled Jets linebacker Demario Davis.

The Marshall score gave some hope to the Jets offense after a rough first half, but J.J. Watt continued to thwart their chances. He picked up his second sack and another tackle for loss to keep the Texans up 14 heading into the fourth.
