49ers tight end Garrett Celek was carted off the field during the first quarter of Sunday’s game vs. the Cardinals.
Celek got his foot and/or ankle rolled on by teammate Shaun Draughn while blocking. He immediately clutched at his lower left leg.
The team called it an ankle injury and said Celek is questionable to return.
The Cardinals lead, 6-0, in the second quarter.
