The Patriots promoted fullback/running back Joey Iosefa from the practice squad Saturday and waived linebacker Eric Martin.
The move means Montee Ball remains on the Patriots’ practice squad and the Patriots will play the Titans Sunday with two true running backs Sunday, Brandon Bolden and James White. LeGarrette Blount was placed on injured reserve earlier this week.
Iosefa, who’s listed at 245 pounds, was a seventh-round pick of the Buccaneers last spring and was cut at the end of training camp. He signed to the Patriots’ practice squad in October.
Martin has been on and off the roster all season. He’s played on special teams when he’s been active.
