It may be the final week of the 2015 season but that hasn’t stopped teams from making roster moves before the start of the offseason.

The St. Louis Rams placed defensive tackles Nick Fairley and Doug Worthington on injured reserve on Thursday.

In addition, the team claimed cornerback Troy Hill off waivers from the New England Patriots and promoted running back Malcolm Brown from the practice squad.

Fairley and Worthington both suffered injuries in Sunday’s win over the Seattle Seahawks. Fairley sustained a concussion after colliding helmet-to-helmet with teammate Lamarcus Joyner. Worthington is dealing with a thigh injury.

Hill appeared in three games for the Cincinnati Bengals, recording six tackles. He did not appear in a game during his tenure with the Patriots.
