PFT Live: Dolphins talk with Armando Salguero, officiating talk with Jim Daopoulos

The Dolphins have gotten the ball rolling on their head coaching search and we’ll get an update on where things stand during Wednesday’s edition of PFT Live.

Mike Florio will talk to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald about the candidates for the job. Mike Shanahan, Mike Smith and Teryl Austin have already interviewed and coaches like Anthony Lynn, Hue Jackson, Doug Marrone, Adam Gase, Josh McDaniels and Matt Patricia are also either scheduled or on the radar at this point in the process. We’ll see who Salguero thinks are the leading candidates as the Dolphins try to find the coach to bring owner Stephen Ross Super Bowl titles.

Florio will be speaking to former NFL supervisor of officials Jim Daopoulos about officiating issues from the regular season and what to expect in the postseason.

As always, we also want to hear what PFT Planet thinks. Email questions at any time or get in touch on Twitter at @ProFootballTalk to let us know what’s on your mind.

It all gets started at noon ET and you can listen to all three hours live via the various NBC Sports Radio affiliates, through the links at PFT, or with the NBC Sports Radio app.

    PFT Live w/Armando Salguero…

Listen as Mando throws the team he covers under the bus.

Love that the local Gainesville station cut out a minute into the interview. Someone was saving me from hearing about my team’s next ex-head coach.

Jackson, Shanahan, Gase in that order for the Dolphins Fan.

Can we get a Reporter that actually likes the Team? I know we are on hard times, but having a little hope is better for our own mental stability.
