In addition to the possible return of Marshawn Lynch, the Seattle Seahawks are expecting to get a handful of players back from injury in time for Sunday’s playoff opener against the Minnesota Vikings.

Strong safety Kam Chancellor, left tackle Russell Okung, right guard J.R. Sweezy and tight end Luke Willson are all on track to be ready to play in Minnesota.

“I think we will go in very optimistically that (Chancellor) will make it back and Russell will make it back next week,” head coach Pete Carroll said after Sunday’s win in Arizona. “There’s a lot of guys coming back between Luke making it back next week and Sweezy will make it back as well. That will be a nice boost.”

Chancellor has missed the last three games after suffering a bruised tailbone against the Baltimore Ravens. Okung has missed the last two weeks after pulling a calf muscle against the Cleveland Browns. Sweezy and Willson both sustained concussions against the St. Louis Rams and missed the regular season finale in Arizona.
