The injury update for the Steelers on Thursday doesn’t look all that different on the offensive side of the ball than it did on Wednesday.

Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was listed as a limited participant because of his injured right shoulder. Roethlisberger did not throw in practice for the second straight day and said, via the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, before practice that he would “do some handoff work and stuff like that.”

Wide receiver Antonio Brown remained out of practice while going through the concussion protocol after getting hurt on the much-discussed hit by Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict late in the fourth quarter of last weekend’s win. He’ll need to get cleared to both return to practice and play in the game before Sunday. Running back DeAngelo Williams also remained out of practice and it looks like Pittsburgh will be turning to Fitzgerald Toussaint and Jordan Todman in the backfield again this weekend.

Linebackers Ryan Shazier and James Harrison and defensive end Cam Heyward all practiced after sitting out on Wednesday.
