Cardinals gamble, strike first

AP

The Cardinals hold a 7-0 lead on the Packers after a Carson Palmer touchdown pass to Michael Floyd.

The teams traded punts to start the game, and the Cardinals drove for the first score after converting a fourth and one to set up a first and goal.

Bruce Arians didn’t come to kick field goals.

The 8-yard touchdown came on a third down with 6:48 left in the first quarter. Palmer is off to a 6-of-9 start for 40 yards.

  1. Oh no, someone must have told Fraudgers that this was one of those “all the marbles” games because as usual he didn’t show up for it.

  2. C’mon Green Bay represent the North! Looks like the Cardinals might be a little better than the Redskins, huh?

  5. Typical Vikings fans… Cheering for the Packers competitor in the playoffs because their team has been eliminated. Every year is the same!

It’s a well known fact the Viking trolls enjoy anything detrimental for the Packers more than anything positive about the Vikings. Their deep seated in-born jealousy of the Packers causes it. They got it from the parents having to eat Packer crap sandwiches for so many years. They can’t help it.
