Report: Ben will start, Vick will be active

Michael Vick, Chris Long AP

Ben Roethlisberger will start Sunday, and Michael Vick will be active as insurance, Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported Sunday.

Roethlisberger was limited in practice this week and isn’t expected to be 100 percent. Though he’s listed as questionable, he’s been expected to start.

Vick has played in five games and started three, but he hasn’t played since October and has generally been inactive when Roethlisberger has been healthy.

Landry Jones replaced Roethlisberger last week before Roethlisberger returned for the final drive. The Steelers list Jones as No. 2 and Vick as No. 3 on their depth chart.

Hopefully the field is better than this debacle in Carolina. Game should be replayed.

Blitz him early & often. Put a good CLEAN hit on that shoulder (no need to stoop to the Steelers level) & Broncos will deliver Pittsburgh to the unfulfilled offseason it so richly deserves.

Religion is for idiots: so the field conditions are why your team is getting spanked? Great excuse!

Msravens or should I say Cleveland browns always talking about the steelers. It’s like you guys live to beat us. We live to win rings not focus on you bums. We are 5-1 all time in playoffs against the ravens and 8-1 in playoff games against the division. Get those stats and come see us other than that shut you losing at home bitter 5-10 pie hole up!!!

Bwahahahah! BURFICT terminated the Stoolers…….Antonio Brown, Leweedeon Bell, and Big Jen. They have zero chance in Denver. Roethlisburger will tap out in the first half. Book it !

Does it make you feel good to say dumb things? I thought you said you were highly intelligent and well informed… Here is a clue there two people in Baltimore that are highly intelligent and well informed…you are one of them.

I guess the Ravens sucking badly has got your panties in a wad…relax you have next year.

Dude, how many times are you going to cut and paste this same comment into a Steelers post?

Steelers are eating you alive and consuming your thoughts. Sad.

They should have signed tebow. The tebow curse is still haunting the steelers years after he destroyed them in the playoffs.

Mswravens, stoop to the Steelers level? Steelers and Broncos have been flag for unnecessary roughness the exact same amount of times…Ravens and Bengals on the other hand are first and third in the league this year.

This report is wrong. Vick inactive.

Tomlin killed his teams Karma by bringing in such a rotten individual like Vick.

To do the things Vick did to those living creatures just to satisfy some sort of personal amusement goes beyond sick & for that reason karma will never allow Vick or any or his teams to ever have real postseason enjoyment. MV7 is plain bad karma & bad luck in 2015. Chemistry trumps all in team sports.
