The knee injury suffered by Broncos defensive back and punt returner Omar Bolden will end Bolden’s season, Broncos coach Gary Kubiak told reporters Monday.

The Broncos will place Bolden on injured reserve and decide over the next couple of days how to replace him on the roster.

Bolden had an MRI Monday but will not need surgery. The team feared he had suffered a significant injury.

Bolden was an impact player on special teams and the team’s top punt returner when healthy but missed seven games due to injury this season.

We’ll see! Not smart to be so over confident . Play the game and see what happens! The football gods may have a surprise outcome.

This game will hinge on how well Peyton Manning can reach back in time to produce one of his better games. The problem is, his arm is toast. One or two Patriot picks ought to be the difference.

It will be close either way.

Pats fan, but I agree with broncodanny — it may not have been pretty, but Peyton did get it done. Now he’s one win away from the SB. He’s going to give it all he can and that Broncos D is fast. Plus the weather is supposed to be mild? In the end, I think the Pats have what it takes to win in Mile High — especially if they can get up on the Broncos and avoid turnovers. It’s going to be something to savor no matter what happens.. Of course, I’ll savor it a lot more if the Pats punch their ticket to the SB

Luckily whether or not Pats fans are overconfident will have zero impact on the game.

You can be certain Belichick and Brady are not taking your team lightly and will be working their rear ends off preparing for the game.

The Broncos have played to the level of their competition all season long. They remind me of the Ravens team of 2012.
