We reportedly know two new member of 49ers coaching staff and one person who won’t be a part of it.

Alex Marvez of FOX Sports reports that one of the new arrivals is Pat Flaherty. Flaherty was the Giants’ offensive line coach for all 12 years of Tom Coughlin’s time on the sideline in New Jersey and will have the same job in Santa Clara.

Chip Kelly has also reportedly landed a special teams coordinator. Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee reports Derius Swinton has landed that job after spending last season as an assistant special teams coach for the Bears. Swinton held the same role in Denver during the two previous seasons.

Marvez also reports that Bills assistant head coach/running backs coach Anthony Lynn has withdrawn his name from consideration for a job after interviewing for the offensive coordinator position. That may be a moot point anyway with word that the 49ers are hiring Curtis Modkins for that position.
