The Patriots won’t bring offensive line coach Dave DeGuglielmo back after a season that saw the line struggle to protect Tom Brady while shuffling a variety of combinations as injuries kept the team from playing the same five guys in the same five spots each week.

It looks like there will be further changes to the Patriots staff this offseason. Mike Reiss and Field Yates of ESPN.com report that head strength and conditioning coach Harold Nash will not be back with the team in 2016.

Nash spent the last five seasons in the job and as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for six years before getting bumped up the ladder. No particular reason is given for the change, although it’s hard not to wonder if those aforementioned injuries and the ones that impacted other positions over the course of the season had something to do with the decision to make a change at this point in the offseason.
