Peyton Manning has about an hour to do this.

But before settling into Opening Night (the artist formerly known as media day), Manning was stopped by the NFL Network’s Marshall Faulk, who asked him if this was his last game.

“I don’t know the answer to that, Marshall,” he replied.

And with that, we’re off.

After he was introduced to the crowd of fans who gave him a huge ovation, Manning took a seat at the podium in front of an enormous crowd of reporters who wanted to hear what he had to say about his future, or anything really.

And it took a moment before anyone was able to ask him much of anything, as he made some early jokes about celebrating touchdowns. But it’s clear Manning doesn’t want to allow this to become a valedictory, and the assembled media has less than an hour to try.
