Suitcases are rapidly turning into playoff games for Andy Dalton.
No matter how hard he tries, he keeps losing them.
After last week’s roadside search for bags that fell out of the back of his truck (which was ultimately successful), the Bengals quarterback lost his luggage in a more traditional way this time — the airline did it for him.
Dalton tweeted out word yesterday that a certain major airline had misplaced his bag, though they may have found it for him.
It’s not nearly as entertaining as a social media-fueled scavenger hunt for his stuff, but it is starting to become a metaphor.
So maybe what the Bengals need to do is get home-field advantage through the playoffs, if only to ensure that his helmet and pads actually get there.
