Former Cowboys running back Joseph Randle has been arrested for the fifth time in the last year and a half.
This time Randle was arrested in Kansas on three counts of aggravated battery, one count of drug possession and one count of criminal damage, TMZ reports.
It’s the latest in a long line of legal problems for Randle. Three weeks ago he was arrested in Texas on an outstanding traffic warrant when he went to his ex-girlfriend’s home and residents who didn’t want him there called police. In November Randle was arrested when he allegedly tried to fight a security guard at a casino.
A year ago Randle was arrested on drug charges after police responded to a domestic violence call. In October of 2014 Randle was arrested for stealing underwear and cologne.
Randle started the first six games of the season for the Cowboys last year, rushing 76 times for 315 yards and four touchdowns. But the NFL suspended him and the Cowboys eventually cut him. Now it appears unlikely that he has an NFL future, and the question is whether he’ll ever be able to get his life on track.
