Cardinals safety Tyrann Mathieu and Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell have shared videos of their workouts recently to show that they are making progress in rehab from season-ending knee injuries.

Mathieu and Bell know where they will be playing football once they’re healthy, but not every player recovering from a serious injury is in the same boat. Defensive tackle Tyrunn Walker is one example of a pending free agent whose market could be impacted.

Walker, No. 40 on PFT’s list of the top 100 free agents, broke his leg and dislocated his ankle last October and missed the final 12 games of the Lions season. He made a video of his own that he shared on Twitter Wednesday to show that he’s doing well in his recovery.

The video shows Walker doing agility drills and taking out a tackling dummy during a workout without any noticeable trouble from the injury. Teams that are interested in his services next week will want more information about where things stand, but the video provides reason to believe that he’ll be good to go for offseason work with the Lions or a new team.
