Considering the triumvirate of backup quarterbacks the Dallas Cowboys ran out on the field in 2015 didn’t exactly do much to impress, it’s no surprise the Cowboys could be looking for a fresh face to back up Tony Romo.

According to Clarence Hill of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the Cowboys are bringing in former Miami Dolphins backup Matt Moore in for a visit.

Romo was 3-1 in four starts in 2015 as injuries sidelined him for a majority of the season. Matt Cassel, Brandon Weeden and Kellen Moore combined for a 1-11 mark in the remaining 12 games on the schedule. The only victory in a non-Romo start came with Cassel under center in a 19-16 win over Washington in December.

The trio combined for 2,793 yards, 11 touchdowns and 15 interceptions.

Moore hasn’t started a regular season game since 2011 when he was 6-6 in 12 starts after replacing Chad Henne as the Dolphins starter. He passed for 2,497 yards with 16 touchdowns and nine interceptions in 13 total games for Miami.
