The Cardinals brought defensive tackle Red Bryant in last November, when he thought he was just going to try again next season.
But he must have made enough of an impression on the Cards in his short time there, as they brought him back.
Bryant will turn 32 in April, but can still be an effective run player, so they figured they’d hang onto him.
He spent the first six years of his career with the Seahawks, and then played for the Jaguars in 2014. He went to camp with the Bills last year, but was released at final cuts and stayed unemployed until the Arizona called him the week before Thanksgiving.
