Report: Amini Silatolu visited Cardinals Sunday

The Cardinals are going to have a different looking offensive line in 2016 with right tackle Bobby Massie signing with the Bears as a free agent, guard Ted Larsen visiting other teams and plans to move Jonathan Cooper from guard to center.

Guard Amini Silatolu may be part of the new look. Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Silatolu visited with the Cardinals on Sunday.

Silatolu made nine appearances and three starts for the Panthers last season, but ended the year on injured reserve after he tore his left ACL. Silatolu also tore his right ACL in 2013 and dealt with other injuries in 2014, limiting him to 10 starts in those two seasons after he started 15 games for Carolina as a rookie.

That injury history will make it hard for the Cardinals or any other team to bank on Silatolu as a key piece of their offensive line, but he could fit as a piece in a competition for jobs on a reworked offensive line in Arizona.
