Jets bringing in Jordan Norwood for visit

The New York Jets are interested in free agent receiver and kick returner Jordan Norwood.

According to Mike Klis of 9NEWS, the Jets are bringing in Norwood for a visit on Thursday.

Norwood set a Super Bowl record in February with a 61-yard punt return against the Carolina Panthers. The return surpassed John Taylor’s 45-yard return in Super Bowl XXIII against the Cincinnati Bengals for longest punt return in Super Bowl history.

Norwood appeared in 11 games for the Denver Broncos last year and caught 22 passes for 207 yards.

Good idea, Jets need a Punt returner in the worst way! Plus he can play the slot in a pinch!

Have the Jets missed interviewing any of the available free agents at this point?

Interviewing FA isn’t a crime, doling out 100 million to 3 defense players might be……

I have a bad feeling he could end up in New England if he doesn’t sign somewhere soon.
