The Bears brought back a familiar face, giving them some secondary depth.

The team announced they had re-signed safety Chris Prosinski, bringing him back for another year.

They signed him last September, after he was released in final cuts by the Eagles.

A former fourth-round pick out of Wyoming by the Jaguars, he started five games for the Bears last season, and 14 in his five NFL seasons.
