With compensatory picks awarded and forfeited picks accounted for, the NFL released its official 2016 draft order on Tuesday.
Compensatory picks start with pick No. 95 at the end of the third round. Compensatory picks can not be traded until next year. Notable this year are forfeited picks, starting with the Patriots at what would have been No. 29 in the first round. That means the Browns will start the second round with the 32nd overall pick.
The Titans pick first in odd-numbered rounds, and the Browns pick first in the even-numbered rounds.
The Chiefs also forfeited their third-round pick as a result of tampering with Jeremy Maclin. The Rams used their fifth-round pick in last year’s supplemental draft on offensive tackle Isaiah Battle.
The most compensatory picks come in the sixth round, with 14. There are nine compensatory picks in the fourth round.
