If the Bills don’t make the playoffs this year, there might be plenty of changes in the personnel department.

But in the interim, they made four, passing out a few promotions and hiring a new guy.

The team announced that Kelvin Fisher was named player personnel advisor. He was previously the team’s director of college scouting.

Fisher joined the team in 2013, after spending 13 years with the Steelers, where he worked alongside Bills General Manager Doug Whaley.

The Bills also promoted Pete Harris to a college area scout job from his previous BLESTO scout gig, and Bo Taliaferro to BLESTO scout from his previous college scouting assistant post. They also hired former Saints staffer Ryan Hollern as their new college scouting coordinator.
