Reggie Bush will sign with Bills

AP

Running back Reggie Bush traveled to Buffalo on Monday for a meeting and physical with the Bills and it appears he’ll be sticking around for a while.

Multiple sources reported and PFT has confirmed that Bush will sign a one-year deal with the team and join them at training camp this week.

PFT learned, via a league source, that Bush was tempted by the chance to wait for an injury elsewhere before signing to play behind LeSean McCoy in Buffalo but ultimately decided that this was the right spot for the 2016 season.

Bush and the Bills had been in communication about a possible deal for some time and the news of Karlos Williams‘ four-game suspension increased the need for an addition to the backfield in Buffalo. Bush is coming off of a season-ending knee injury that he suffered while playing for the 49ers last season, but it would seem that the Bills are comfortable with his health if they’re moving forward with a deal.

Good sign for the Bills. Im surprised the Boston Asterisks didn’t look at him to fill the gaping holes in the offense that are now amplified due to the rightful suspension of Tommy CheaterBoy

Good signing if Reggie is healthy enough to contribute both on the field and off the field, as our younger backs need to learn how to be professional.

Although Karlos I believe was successful because he was more of a straight ahead, one cut runner Reggie should provide needed reps in relief for LeSean so he can hopefully stay healthy.

I could see him having a Sproles-esque “revival”. There’s something to be said not being the focus of the running game and being able to be a little under-the-radar.

Actually George H Bush was the last Republican I’ll probably ever vote for. He was a good man, too bad his kid was a dipstick.

Plastic? I think you mean glass. Plastic can be strong and virtually indestructible … i.e. Tupperware or a Glock.

Wow mikermikes obsession with the Patriots is bizarre, you may need a hobby fella. And you’re wrong. That said, it’s a good signing for Buffalo.

I wonder why they don’t seem to mention Gillesse, the kid from Florida? I watched him play only two games last year and he ripped off a 50 yard td in each game.

People who think G W Bush was the worst president of all time have been asleep for the last 8 years. Or they just believe everything the presstitutes in the mainstream media tell them. At least 40% of Americans are as brainwashed as people were in Soviet Russia except they still think they’re intelligent and informed.

I too thought Gillislee would be a good Pro, but as a Dolphins Fan, they gave him every chance to exceed and he was buried on the depth chart. He has no power and goes down on first contact. He is not the answer. I do like the Bush signing. These one year deals are very low risk and the older RBs have everything to prove. Would be cool if Bush and Arian Foster lit up the league. It would certainly prove a lot of the self appointed GM’s wrong.
