Jordan Rodgers had various shots of espresso with multiple NFL teams. He never played in a regular-season NFL game, and his only current connection to the league is a brother whom Jordan Rodgers surely frustrated in recent days by taking family business in front of the cameras filming ABC’s The Bachelorette.
Jordan’s observation that he and Aaron Rodgers don’t have much of a relationship eventually resulted in Aaron being asked about it. Aaron made it clear that he doesn’t think such things should be the subject of public conversation.
Against that background, it was odd (to say the least) that the NFL decided (via TheBigLead.com) to congratulate Jordan Rodgers for “winning” the contrived competition via the league’s official Twitter account.
It’s a good thing Aaron isn’t sensitive. Then again, the NFL could always say that its Twitter account was hacked.
