Golden Tate, Eric Ebron questionable for matchup with Colts

The Colts are going to be down a pair of cornerbacks for Sunday’s game against the Lions and the Lions have listed a pair of their top pass catchers as questionable for the contest.

Wide receiver Golden Tate and tight end Eric Ebron both drew the tag on the team’s final injury report of the week. Ebron’s listing is not a big surprise as he’s been bothered by an ankle injury since early in August, but he’s been a full participant at practice all week.

Despite the Lions’ decision to list him as uncertain to play, Ebron doesn’t expect to have any problem being at full speed against the Colts.

“The only time I was rusty is when I was born,” Ebron said, via MLive.com.

Tate has also been a full participant in practice the last two days after a limited practice on Wednesday because of an ankle issue. That would suggest that he’ll also be in the lineup, but the NFL’s decision to eliminate the probable tag means the Lions have no reason to share how uncertain it might be that he’ll be one of Matthew Stafford’s targets.
