Pete Carroll expects Jimmy Graham to play Sunday

Doug Baldwin, Jimmy Graham AP

Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said that the decision about whether tight end Jimmy Graham would play against the Dolphins in Week One would be made late this week, but the team’s injury report left things up in the air by listing Graham as questionable.

That report was released before the end of Seattle’s final practice of the week and before Carroll met with the media. He provided a positive update on Graham’s status.

Carroll said that he expects Graham to be in the lineup against the Dolphins. It would be the tight end’s first game action since he tore the patellar tendon in his knee during a Week 12 game against the Steelers.

The Seahawks also listed right guard Germain Ifedi as questionable and reports this week were that the first-round pick would miss time with a high ankle sprain. J’Marcus Webb is expected to start in Ifedi’s place in the event he doesn’t get the green light to face Miami.

seattle will gladly give up 1st round picks all day for quality starters. No guaranteed 4 year contracts for 50% busts…. and I’m pretty sure we would do the trade again today if chance to do over. If Rawls comes back strong, Wilson has a plethora of weapons….just needs linemen to stand and take up space while he Houdinis his way to an MVP

With a username like “fartimus prime” that’s all you’ve got to know about you.

Notice how you board creeps who like to rank on other teams like 12 year olds on mom’s computer never reveal what dumpster fire team you root for?

Seattle’s doing better than most the past 6 years. In fact, who has won more games than Seattle the past 6 years? If it takes getting to the big dance to be second place, better to get there than not. Farthead

It will be interesting to see if the Seahawks players sit during the playing of the National Anthem during Sunday’s game. If they do, I wonder if some of the players will lose their sponsorship endorsements like what happened to a Bronco player who chose to sit out the anthem yesterday.

The Seahawks aren’t sitting for the national anthem. I don’t wanna ruin it but it’s something that’s going to respect the flag and sept. 11th while still sending a message. I don’t think they should do anything but it’s not as bad as everyone wants it to be.

Nah kids, I am just inspired by the Seaturd trollers like Regishawk and Osiris. You know, the guys who troll every other teams’ articles. If you are going to whine about me, then you better whine about them.

Miami wins this no problem Hawks will be way over confident. Miami has a new offensive scheme, Hawks won’t be ready for

This is true. I’ll give you that. But the NFL is more than 6 years old. I know most Seahawks fans are new to football. Just thought I’d remind you.
