The Redskins have two field goals and a 6-0 lead late in the first quarter over the Steelers.

They have to feel like it should be more. The Redskins have been in Steelers’ territory all three times they’ve had the ball but have stalled, once choosing to punt and twice settling for field goals from kicker Dustin Hopkins.

Bashaud Breeland intercepted a Ben Roethlisberger pass that had been batted into the air on the Steelers’ second series and returned it to the Steelers’ 37-yard line. The Redskins got one first down before settling for a 40-yard field goal from Hopkins.

Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins has started 8-of-14 passing for 95 yards.
